We're looking for the below positions!

  • Clean up NGO’s historical data
  • Convert data to proper format for data import
  • Work closely with our Sales team to support our NGOs on other data related tasks
    ‍
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaigns and video production
  • Assist in organising virtual and on-ground events‍
  • Support on press releases and other media communications materials
    ‍
  • Create visuals (such as social media images, banners, graphics, illustrations, animations) for company website and social media platforms
    ‍
  • Take the initiative to plan, conceive and complete video content, including but not limited to editing, special effects, subtitles, sound effects and music
  • Work with internal teams to manage the video content calendar and set a social media strategy
    ‍‍
  • Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels

  • Handle daily enquires from NGO users
  • Record enquiry ticket form in the system for follow-up actions
  • Enhance Social Career’s help-desk & FAQ information
    ‍‍
  • Conduct research and collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
  • Assist in updating NGO’s profiles and updating the databases
    ‍
  • Analyse data and identify target NGOs for reengagement
  • Connect with NGOs and provide support on the registration flow‍
  • Re-engage non-active NGOs and support NGOs for activities and service posting if necessary

  • Conduct market research, monitor market trends and competitors change
  • Assist the project manager/project engineer to plan, execute and monitor the progress of projects
  • Provide administrative support to the team

  • Work with our Board Directors to create community projects from planning to execution
  • Create brand awareness and maximise our community impact
    ‍
  • Conduct research and write website blog content
  • Brainstorm content ideas
  • Assist in SEO keyword research
