Operations and Customer Success Officer

Social Career is seeking an Operations and Customer Success Officer to look after the growing user base and business operations. The successful candidate will be a focused person with strong interpersonal skills to handle requests from both external users and internal team mates.  This role will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities

  • Handle user enquiries from individuals, NGO and corporates
  • Provide support to NGO users regarding our IT platform features
  • Process administrative work to support daily operations
  • Leading supporting staff and volunteers to perform daily operations
  • Keep track of key performance indicators and compile regular performance report

Qualification and Skills

  • Good attitude and patience in handling customers and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details is a must
  • Good IT literacy and ability to learn new software tools for supporting operations
  • Fluent spoken Cantonese and English is required, Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent written communication is required, presentation skills is a plus
  • Strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication
  • Experience in event planning is a plus
  • 1-2 years of working experience required
  • University degree is preferred

Admin and HR Assistant (Part-time)

Social Career is seeking an Admin and HR Assistant (Part-time) to look after the growing operations and staff team. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented person with mature experience to handle the organization administration and human resources matters.  This role will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities

  • Perform daily work including monthly payroll calculations, final payment calculation, preparation of MPF filing, etc.
  • Assist in full spectrum of office administration such as staff reimbursement handling, office service vendors handling, service payments
  • Assist in full spectrum of HR functions such as staff onboarding and exit procedure, job recruitment handling
  • Assist in implementing of all Administration and HR related policies and procedures to ensure the efficiency of company operations
  • Data entry of administrative and HR expenses into bookkeeping software
  • Prepare business agendas, minutes, government correspondences and forms, etc.
  • Responsible for daily paper work, maintain confidential information and document management
  • Manage confidential data including but not limited to personnel files and candidate database
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Qualification and Skills

  • Attention to details is a must
  • Good IT literacy of using Google Workspace tools
  • Fluent spoken Cantonese and English is required, Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent written communication is required
  • 5 years of relevant working experience required
  • University degree is preferred
